Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Please contact us at info@dolfi.co prior to sending any returns or exchanges to us.
  • We require you to complete a form and provide some details before a return or exchange will be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges may take up to 14 days to process. This does not include shipping times.
  • Exceptions and eligibility criteria apply.

Returns (Unused Products Only)

30 Day Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if a request is made within 14 days of the date of delivery (as indicated by the delivery agent). Products and all accessories must be returned unused and in original packaging. To accept the return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, which would have been provided to you via email subsequent to purchase. Once successfully processed, the purchase cost of the product will be refunded to you. The cost of shipment for a returned product will not be refunded and will be borne by you.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

Dolfi Device - 1 Year Limited Liability Warranty

We provide a 1 year limited liability manufacturer’s warranty for the Dolfi Device and will exchange any device that is defective due to a manufacturing fault, the failure of a component, or damage that occurred during initial shipment to the customer.

 

All Dolfi products - 30 Day Exchange Policy

We provide a 30-day exchange policy for all other Dolfi products and will exchange any product that is defective due to a manufacturing fault, the failure of a component, or damage that occurred during initial shipment to the customer.

 

Eligibility for exchange

We will not exchange products that have been damaged for reasons other than previously stated, including:

  • The product was operated or used in a manner other than specified in the User Manual.
  • The product was damaged due to being dropped or otherwise mishandled.
  • The product was damaged while being transported by the customer (does not include initial transport to customer).
  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts.
  • Devices purchased from non Dolfi-Authorized resellers.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading colors and cord tiredness.
  • Damaged caused by commercial use. 

Process

1) Inform us

Please get in touch with us at info@dolfi.co and let us know that you would like to return or exchange your product. We will get obtain some basic details from you and provide you with the return/exchange form.

 

2) Complete return/exchange form

Complete and submit to us the return/exchange form by providing the relevant information requested, including:

·       Proof of purchase

·       Contact details

·       Reasons for return/exchange

·       Photos/videos

 

3) Return/exchange processed

Dolfi will process your return/exchange request. It may take up to 14 days to process your request, not including the time required for shipping.
